Jaxson Bauer was born with a genetic condition called Myotonic Dystrophy, which is a form of muscular dystrophy & is a rare disease. He is unable to stand or walk on his own. It is difficult to get equipment to give Jaxson the best quality of life. The cost of this equipment is $45,000.
